About the 52 Renders Project

In 2016, artist, photographer and digital designer, Geoffrey Greenwood and his wife Adrienne spent 3 weeks traveling the vast landscapes of Iceland. During their expedition he captured some of the most engaging photos of his career. He cataloged more the 2,000 photographs during their journey, but wanted his works to stand apart from the rest.

Starting January 2017, Geoff began a project that will span the remainder of the year. His weekly challenge is merging his Icelandic photography collection and juxtaposing them with a touch of surrealism. He has chosen to achieve this by utilizing Cinema 4D to create stunning renders directly from his imagination. The project will span 52 weeks (hence 52 renders). He'll be documenting his work process utilizing screen capture technology, which will give the viewer a glimpse into the creation of each render.

Special edition prints will soon be available. Details to come...
